The Agency Billing and payment reconciliation allows you to email out company unique pdf invoices and pass only the correct paid for hours with allowable expenses through to the payroll. It captures and warns users all the expected limits - 10,000 miles, 24months on assignments - as well as dealing with CIS, Umbrella and Freelance arrangements.
The Document Management and Task Manager functions control reminders, prompts, contracts and, documents to improve the office efficiency. An in depth Security Manager allows you to control who sees and who can do. There is too much to list here.
The Web Portal
Let the Agency or contractor log in and add timesheet and expense information. It creates a record requiring a BackOffice user to accept - after all, you may not want your records to be in sentence case or you may not agree with some of the input. The Portal also allows contractors to change their address, bank and other standing data.
It is like being a user in the office, it is just that you are logging in from outside and you only have access to your details. Of course it requires the company to have the correct web server configuration.
The Payroll
