Payroll Managers will have a full overview of their payroll and processes. Payroll Run Control solves the problem of managing payroll and business activity. Its low impact on Payroll Admins will help aid with its implementation and adoption.
Our payroll run dashboard allows you to have complete oversight of all payrolls in one place. This view shows all of the most important information for each payroll run. The status fields of the payroll run will change colour during different points of the process. For example, the task due date will become red when overdue.
The dashboard contains filtering options which can be used to search or narrow down results. You are able to edit payroll runs as well allowing you to easily monitor the status of the day’s activity and action any tasks that are overdue.

Most actions during the payroll run will start and complete automatically. However, during the processing of your payroll, you may be prompted to activate different parts of the payroll run. For example, to start the Payroll Processing task you just need to pay your employees. This task will now be set to in progress until you manually set it to complete or start the next task.
Plan Resources Effectively
View tasks that have been assigned to members of your payroll team. Keep track of the payrolls they’re completing.
Once all of the tasks have been completed for the current payroll run the user will get a prompt to start the next payroll run. This will generate the next payroll run for the following period along with all of the corresponding tasks. Manage all of your payrolls in one place and never miss a deadline again.
Each Payroll Administrator will have access to their own dashboard, displaying all of the payrolls that they have to process on that day. This view also shows all of the most important information for each payroll run.
From that dashboard, they can drill into the payroll and then run each task directly from that area rather than navigating around the payroll software. This will allow the user to easily flow through their payroll tasks as well as help prioritise their workload.
On the Payroll Administrators dashboard, there will be an option to take the user directly to the feature they need to complete their payroll task. This saves them from having to navigate to the feature page. For example; if their next task is to ‘send finalised reports’ they can simply click a button and the software will take them straight to the Automated Reports feature.
Not all clients have the same needs, that’s why there is the ability to customise tasks for each client as well as creating their own custom tasks. These can be added on an ad-hoc basis or permanently to a client’s payroll run.
For those unusual jobs that need to be remembered, you can also add custom notes for a client’s specific payroll requirements, dates and other key information. This important information is easily accessible when processing, so that the clients particular needs aren’t forgotten plus they allow users to share notes with their team.
