We recognise the reasons we’ve been able to accomplish so much is down to our knowledgeable and hardworking staff that work day in, day out to provide high quality service to our clients. Thanks to them, we are able to offer the wide range of quality payroll services that we do and have done for over 20 years.
In recognition we would like to introduce you to our valued members of staff, starting with Mitch.
The start of his Qtac journey
Being part of our specialist team for three years now, Mitch is one of our dedicated Customer Support Representatives. We were pleased to offer Mitch his very first full-time job enabling him to expand and grow in the payroll industry under the guiding wing of Qtac.
To work in the payroll industry, you need to have exceptional time keeping skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as confidence with numbers and finance. Luckily for us, Mitch possesses all of these and more, which is what made him the ideal candidate for the job.
What does Mitch do on a daily basis?
On a day to day basis, Mitch is a member of the team that provides the first point of contact for all incoming support phone calls. He also helps our customers with Payroll related queries. Just one of the reasons Mitch is so great at doing what he does is because he loves to help others and finds taking the hassle out of other people’s payroll really rewarding.
Great team man
On many occasions Mitch has described the team at Qtac as “a friendly bunch of people that not only get on well together as a team, but also show me a great amount of respect as a valued member of the team.”
In his spare time, Mitch is an avid mountain biker.
More to come!
We take great pride in showing off our fabulous team so keep an eye out – there are plenty more for you to meet!
In the meantime if you have any payroll queries, you can call our Customer Support team on 0117 935 3500 to speak to one of our representatives.
