Providing comprehensive support to customers is a vital part of our service and we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Jones, one of our Payroll Support Advisers who has been working as part of the QTAC team for over two years.
Dan is a frontline member of our IT support team. He deals with client queries and his daily tasks range from introducing new software processes, handling product updates and implementing solutions which can be anything from re-setting print or email settings to explaining processes to clients step by step. Dan aims to provide quick and simple solutions that enable clients to understand their software and to continue working with as little disruption as possible. He works with all QTAC products and enjoys supporting a wide variety of clients ranging from the local chippy to more corporate clients and SMEs UK wide.
Dan joined QTAC in 2015 after studying computer programming for a year in Cardiff, prior to which he worked in the catering industry for 7 years. At QTAC, Dan’s programming skills come in handy when helping clients but, he also gets involved in programming projects to develop his personal skills and specific interest. Another key aspect of his work is assisting the development team with innovative solutions by feeding back on real issues experienced by clients at work every day.
In his spare time, Dan is an avid martial arts practitioner as you can see from his profile photo taken by one very brave Laura Jones.
