At Qtac we are continually developing our in-house software to provide our customers with improved functionality and benefits to enable them to manage their payroll more effectively.
Our cloud based Portal, aimed at offering greater flexibility on when and where they access payroll data, is the latest development to be nearing completion.
As such we are pleased to announce that with effect from the end of this month, the Portal is being trialed with selected clients within our in-house bureau as part of an extensive beta testing regime prior to its official launch and roll out early next year.
During the period of testing the selected outsourced clients and their employees will be migrated onto the platform enabling them to access their payroll data in real time, across any device, directly through the secure portal. This testing will provide us with invaluable feedback on the functionality and migration process prior to its official launch across both the Payroll Dept and our suite of software products in preparation for the start of next tax year.
The final touches to a full communication and implementation program are also underway and will be rolled out shortly ensuring that everyone fully understands the benefits that the portal will bring, how it works, the impact it will have on existing processes as well as a detailed implementation schedule.
