Evan joined the Qtac team as a Help Desk Support Adviser in 2014. He started his career at Qtac as an apprentice and was so pleased with the company and the team he worked with that he elected to remain with the company after his apprenticeship finished.
As a Help Desk Support Adviser, Evan is responsible for handling client’s queries regarding their payroll software and also for providing internal IT support for his team. Over the past 4 years Evan has gained significant experience in payroll and pension solutions as well as providing a great service for customers.
When asked what he loves about working at Qtac, Evan says “I find helping customers with their payroll issues very rewarding and the team at Qtac are friendly and committed to their work which creates an uplifting and fun office culture.”
In his spare time, Evan loves to play around with electronics and computers something that comes very handy in his day job!
